§ 1) Scope of application

The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between Adrianne Hair and its customers. When ordering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the general terms and conditions. The mere consultation of our website is not binding and does not establish a legal relationship.

§ 2) Offer

​

All prices are in the currency chosen by the customer including VAT. The listed prices, product images and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times, availability and errors excepted.

§ 3) Delivery time

​

Products which are in our stock will be processed immediately after receipt of the order by us, other products will be ordered from suppliers. The ordered products will be delivered according to the agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability at suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims of the customer.

§ 4) Shipping

​

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and shown accordingly in the order process.

§ 5) Payment

​

Payment for goods ordered from Adrianne Hair is made in advance within the order.

​

§ 6) Warranty

​

The supplier undertakes to take care and deliver the products in a good quality. The warranty period is one year. Excluded from the warranty are defects and malfunctions for which the supplier is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive use, unsuitable equipment or extreme environmental influences. Used products are excluded.

§ 7) Right of return

​

Products that show quality defects shall be returned to us within 15 days in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging at your own expense after prior consultation.

§ 8) Legal notice

​

Place of jurisdiction is Arth-Goldau, Kanton Schwyz. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
