Right of return

 

Not happy with your purchase? You can send your purchase back within 30 days from when they arrive to your doorstep! Products that show quality defects shall be returned to us at our expense.

 

To be eligible for return, items must be unaltered, in pristine condition, all tags attached and in its original packaging. Items cannot be returned if styling products have been added to the hair, Combing, or brushing of certain textures and curls, have picked up odors or washed.

There is a Tag attached to each wig with clear instructions to follow, for the items to be eligible for return.

 

 We would love to hear a feedback behind your return. This way we can continue to improve our products and services for your needs.

 

Refund

 

A full refund will be issue back to your payment method after a thorough inspection of the returned goods. Once inspections are passed you will receive an email conforming your full refund.

 

Delivery time

 

Products which are in our stock will be processed immediately after receipt of the order by us and delivered according to your selected shipping method.  

 

Other products which are not in stock, will be ordered from suppliers upon request. The ordered products will be delivered according to the agreement with the customer.
